DAVID ROGERS

   David is one of Canada's leading musical talents.
He has starred in major productions ranging from
Broadway revues to mega-musicals and from operetta
to rock opera. Leading roles include both Raoul
and the Phantom in "The Phantom of the Opera",
Curly in "Oklahoma", Lancelot in "Camelot", Tony in
"West Side Story", Bobby in "Company", Joseph in
"Joseph and the Amazing Technicolored Dreamcoat", El 
Gallo in "The Fantastics", George in "She Loves Me",
Sam in "Romance/Romance", Gus the Theatre Cat in
"Cats", Captain Walker in "The Who's Tommy", Captain
Corcoran in "H.M.S. Pinafore", Cinderella's Prince in
"Into The Woods", and Che in "Evita". He has worked
under the guidance of Hal Prince, Pete Townsend, John
Kander and Fred Ebb, Brian McDonald, Susan Stroman
and Alan Lund and has shared the stage with Colm
Wilkinson, Patti LuPone, Mandy Patinkin and Betty
Buckley to name a few. David has appeared as a soloist
with the Symphony Orchestras of Toronto, Edmonton,
Halifax, Kitchener, Florida and the N.A.C. in Ottawa.
His one man show "Broadway Heroes" saluting musical
theatre's great leading men has garnered critical
acclaim and is being presented by various venues
across the country as well as playing in concert
with symphony orchestras. David has also produced many
benefit performances for various charities, including
"Into The Woods In Concert", "Leading Ladies"(1&2),
the "Miss Mega-Musicals", "A to Seuss", and "Broadway
Villains".
   David is proud to have recently released his debut 
CD entitled "Broadway Bachelor".
